Anybody hunt around that area? Just curious what the going rate is now. We hunted Rios back around 2001-2005 and paid about $6/ac for a 2400ac lease

From what I’ve seen it’s close to double that now. We are in Hebbronville and paying double and some.

We hunt outside of Alice and pay about 13/ac

Looks like $12+/- ac. Anybody have nilgia on their place? Do you have an additional kill fee for them?
