    What will he score?

I'm pretty sure this buck is 3 y.o. Not more than 4. Hoping to keep him on the Texas side of the Red River for two more years. If we can do that, he looks like he has the potential to be a monster. What do we think he scores now?

I’m not good at scoring. But he is a cool deer

Mid 120's. Good looking young deer for sure.

Low to mid 30’s and he is at least 4.

I'd bet a lot of money he's 3. I had him at 12 yards last year. He featured he split tines, but much smaller, much thinner deer last year. He really blew up this year. I attribute it to great range conditions in the area and protein feeder being filled more regularly.

Of course, i've lost a lot of money on wagers in my life. Whatever the case, if i can keep him from being shot across the river, he's getting a pass from me for two years. I think he has big potential to get really big antlered. We shall see...

Oh yeah, there's a whole family of porcupines that hang out there. Rancher wants me to kill them, but i just don't have much animosity towards them. Plus, they torment the coons.
