Cost of a high fence lease?

I pm'ed a few guys but figured I'd just ask the green screen. What the rough cost of a 200ish acre high ranch. Nothing special just some deer to chase around with some buddies, maybe some exotics. No lodging or anything needed. After this year we are crunching number after tallying up our bills lol.

Too many variables to give a cost. Could be worth $10,000 a year, could be worthless.

Yep, location is one of the keys. Could be as little as 10K per mile or as high as 20K+ per mile

yes, fence length. If you are located in hill country with lots of rock it will be more then somewhere flat and soft. Imagine how much extra work goes into drilling through rock bed to get post in
