If the instant pot is like my electric pressure cooker, then you can’t go wrong with the fiesta seasoning guisada ora goodold pot of pinto beans.

      Instant Pot recipes

      Dr Pepper Pork chops

      Boneless chops
      Ketchup
      Liter Dr Pepper
      Garlic cloves
      Salt
      Pepper
      Flour
      Onions
      Garlic powder
      Onion powder

Brown the pork chops in a pan on both sides after dipping in flour. No egg. Just wanting to crust both sides a little. Mix half ketchup/half Dr Pepper. Add onions and garlic for flavor. Use enough to cover them fullly. Cook on low for 3-5 hours. Serve over rice with sides.

We cook pork loin in ours all the time and it is great. I season the loin and pour a can of Dr Pepper in. Cook then I shred the pork and cover with Sweet Baby Rays sauce and serve on Hawaiian Rolls with cheese and pickles. The kids absolutely love it and it is great warmed up as well

My wife would be lost without hers. You can cook most anything in it, we usually wait until the last minute to decide on dinner and using frozen meats isn’t a problem!
