Pretty funny that is right down the road from me, I need to find out where that 10 acres is. Even if they forgot to put an extra 0 on the acreage that is crazy.

At only $1500 an acre seems affordable? He can have his property paid for in only 3 years and then purchase another piece for someone else to have a great deal on. It's a win, win for everybody!
