I been watching Yellowstone. I think you just pull up your dually truck to the prison and tell them they are coming home with you or else they are gonna end up back in the clink! Pay is negotiable!

Just guessing but $20/hour since you won't be offering health benefits or 401k etc. That's only $40k but as others said the government will pay you more to sit at home so.....you could do $25k if you provided housing.

Might ask at Tyco feed to see if they know of anyone. There are usually some good kids working part time that might be interested after high school if they aren't going to college.
