My new Favorite Rub

Lately I've been taking Old Temple Highway (FM485) from College Station to Temple and we've been making it a habit to stop at Greens Sausage House in Zabickville for kolaches, sausages, and whatever else tickles our fancy. They have custom bacon which they cut on order to you desired thickness. I got a super thick cut and 6-7 strips made a 1/2 pound!

I bought some rub from them and I must say - it is freaking awesome!

My family has a farm on fm 485, Whenever I go down there to dove hunt or deer hunt, I always make a run to Greens! Stock up on their sausages!! make the best Kolaches!

The rub is called Green Sausage House Rub. It has a good mix of black pepper in it. I didn't have my readers on so I couldn't see all of the ingredients.
