How old is your dad and has he had regular checks for prostate cancer? PSA been rising?

Dad is 69. His PSA has fluctuated but never really been astronomical. I think last value was an 8. Recent MRI showed a large mass in the prostate but to my knowledge no extension to nearby tissue or lymph nodes.
