Update! Got a pic from my taxi and a message that he’s ready to pick up. Looks great, just wish I’d told him to leave the horns their natural color.

The horns should turn back to natural color over time. He put oil on them to clean and shine them up and it turns them a darker look. I learned the hard way that it would do that

No outfitter on this hunt. 100% DIY on a fairly large low fence ranch. I’ve been fortunate enough to hunt there twice, and it doesn’t disappoint. Just the views are worth the drive.
