I would imagine the cable company engineered this slab, they would have had to of had soil report in order to do so, any reputable cable company will not stamp or approve the cable layout without them inspecting it before the concrete is placed, from the specs it sounds like you have good soil report and not any excessive fill in your pad.

You want an assessment of the slab design?
What's it sitting on? What are the dimensions of the slab and the beam spacing?

A/C portion of the house is 2150 sq ft
Total slab with porches and garage is 4,114 sq ft

Beams usually run the entire length of the house for cables to have a live and dead end. It will have cable lengths and list if they are surface or beam cables.
Hard to read any of the fine print on the plans.
