My highest scoring buck. 136 5/8”

But to me, my “best” buck would be any of these I got off my own little piece of heaven!!!!

My best from 2021. Clay county. Took him with a rifle. I must be terrible at judging deer since I don’t get to hunt as much as I used to cause Dad had to talk me into taking him. Certainly bigger than my last. Haven’t scored.

Definitely not the most points or the biggest BUT the most memorable. My last hunt with my father in Erath county 2003. He Passed away a week later. There was no question about a shoulder mount.

He was a Fighter for sure. Scarred Up and Broken BUT not Beaten.
