Key lime pie is the greatest dessert ever known to man. I must try this. There is a cookie place around here called Crumble and my daughter will drive me a Key Lime cookie whenever they have them. Imagine a giant cookie of just key lime pie crust smothered in key lime icing, a dollop of whipped cream and a wedge of lime.
