Houston steer show

My daughter was in class 1 of charolais and got a brand. That smile says it all. She put a lot of work into her steers this year. She chose showing her cattle over sports and worked her tail off. Ready for some new cattle to move into the barn.

Congratulations to your daughter. We're in year 8 and wouldn't trade it for anything in the world.

After a dry run in SA for the kids around here, our Hays kids have branded 3 so far. Two more showing this afternoon. We held ours for Austin. Crap shoot, I know. But I've never have been able to make the number$ work out on paper to justify H-town.
