Looking for Pre workout suggestions

    Most are loaded with nothing but garbage and caffeine. I've tried tons. Last several years I just go between Blackmarket Cuts, Redcon 1, and Iprevail.

    Also- MRE lite is an amazing and affordable clean protein.

            Just inject some test once a week and some woke pre workout before each work out, drink a lot of water, eat right, and lots of protein.

              Only suggestion I have is watch the amount of caffeine in it. Too much and a raunchy WOD is a bad combo. It will come back up the top side mid workout.

                I really like Mtn Ops Yeti. Doesn’t have quite as much caffeine as others and is sugar free.

                        Never woulda guessed folks use coffee so much. I wake up. Eat breakfast. Drink 2-3 cups of copy. Dispose of breakfast. And hammer my workout out. Guess I’m a pro after all

                                Looking for Pre workout suggestions

                                If Im doing crossfit style routine work its Iced black coffee before and a tablespoon of honey when I start to feel gassed. Not a fan of the brand named supplement stuff, not actually healthy.

                                They will get you high as balls though and make you power through a workout like a beast. Maybe I should grab a container lmao
