When did you last buy an item because you couldn't find it?

I bought another set of star wrenches on Thursday because I couldn't find the ones I had. I looked everywhere to no avail. New set got here on Saturday and I found my originals this morning, on top of my garage freezer. [emoji52]

I ordered a dehydrator from Amazon a while back. After I ordered it my wife asked me why I needed 2 dehydrators. I told her I don't. She went to the cabinet and pulled out one still new in the box identical to the one I had just ordered. I guess I didn't lose it, just forgot I bought it. lol

I am the proud owner of two range finders after swearing I must have lost mine last year. Got new one, immedidately found the old one in a backpack pocket. Did the same for wireless speaker recently too. Sucks getting old.

I can't tell you how many pairs of the really small screwdrivers I own. I think I buy new ones any time my kid needs to change batteries in a toy, or the wife's glasses get loose.
