Ivamec is how they will treat it. Can get it at Tractor Supply. Spray some Vetrycyn on the wounds after cleaning with peroxide and the pup will be good in short order.

Vet said not Bot fly larva. Either a spider bite are maybe got into barb wire. Big shot of penicillin and a 10 day supply of amoxicillin. Should be mostly cleared up in 10 days. If not give him a call. I'm only 7 miles from his clinic so its not a problem to run down there.
