What is the best site to use to order some high quality Oysters from the northeast? I read about it on here years ago but don’t remember.

The best oysters in the country are as close as Matagorda Texas.

I don't eat oysters, I used to, but after seeing how they destroy reefs in Aransas county, I will never eat another wild oyster again. I will eat and support farmed oysters. Every time a GW runs a oyster boat, thay give out multiple tickets. Problem is, the GW doesn't hit them very often. Oyster reefs are very good for our bays. BTW, most of the boats are from La.

Just remember right now, could be shipping delays because of weather. Your shipment could get stranded somewhere in between.

Mail order oysters? That scares me and I'm fearless.
