My daughter is a NP for a couple of hospitals and she is just getting over it, she contracted in a patient's room. Her PPE got compromised when a water line burst while she was in the room. I also have 6 coworkers out with and they all have it mildly, hopefully it will be the same for your wife and any one else that may have it.
