The wife and I should be closing on this in about a month. Waiting on the survey and covid has our guy backed up. But cant wait. The wife and I and the kids and grand babies will have our own place to hunt.
23.4 acres in woodville TX about 1.5 hrs from home. There is plenty of deer and FIL said now dagum hogs.

Yes little cypress creek borders the west side. Also a small spring runs through the middle from east to west.

Congrats. Looks really thick. Do you plan to open it up any? There is government assistance for more things than you think. I bought a similar piece of property a couple of years ago and getting help paying for improvements is nice.
