I would think if they wipe out the sambar they would be loosing a ton of money. I’m sure a lot people put in just for the sambar. If they are gone I won’t be putting in for this hunt.

I'm not sure why they would limit hunters to 1 Sambar if they wanted them gone. Both of my boys could have probably killed 3 or 4 over the day and half hunt.

I’m assuming just to save face. The guy running the hunt told me last night their plan is to get them gone sooner rather than later. None of what they’re doing there makes a lot of sense to me.

I like the idea of the exotics from a big game hunters standpoint but I also fully understand and support killing off te exotics and burning the place. Waterfowl areas have diminished and in my opinion has changed flight patterns. I rarely hear geese flocks and never see them driving to Houston area (Eagle Lake - Rosenberg).

Do you know if there are good chairs in the blinds or should we bring our own? Bringing my daughter down in the morning to try for standby! Thanks guys!
