Another stupid popeyes chicken sandwich thread

I tried the Popeyes chicken sammich a while back.

Was it good? yeah... Was it better than the Lord's chicken sammich? nope.

It tasted like what it was... a fried chicken sammich. Nothing special about it to me other than it will make a terd.

I'll stick to the fried chicken. If I want a sandwich i'll go to Chic Filet but I rarely do.

I thought the one Popeyes one I tried was absolute garbage.

Go to the Lords chicken and order this. Spicy chicken sammich. No pickles or lettuce or tomato. Add pepper jack and bacon.

Boom done.

Tried the Popeyes in Temple last week got the sammich was not very good didnt taste fresh, but I have had good ones tho. Asked for the dirty rice and they said they quit carrying it. That stuff was great so I guess Golden Chick will have to be my dirty rice fix.

I don’t know why they quit serving dirty rice at Texas locations. I was in Baton Rouge last week and they had it.

Not sure what it is about Popeye’s spice that has that special sphincter heat dilation factor. I can eat spicy stuff and not be bothered in the nethers at all, but as soon as I eat a spicy tender from there…whooo!

Popeye’s is good. If there’s a Bubba’s 33 close to you, try their hot & spicy chicken sandwich. I wouldn’t put it in the fast food category but It’s my favorite!
