    Made it for back and Bi’s! Had an awesome finisher doing a super set of heavy EZ curls and BB forearm rotations.

    Tomorrow will be another afternoon workout and probably chest and tris.

      I missed yesterday due to some horrible cramps in my hip and legs that kept me up most of the night. I made it this morning for chest and triceps. Changed it up to a 5X5 going very heavy. I'm sure I'll regret by the end of the day.

      Bench press/Weighted dips/med ball sit ups
      Incline DB chest press/overhead rope extension/incline leg raise
      Cable pushdown pronated/cable pushdown supinated/DB fly

      Back and legs tomorrow.

          In for back and legs this AM. 20/20/15/10 reps.

          Lat pulldown neutral grip/standing leg curl/incline situp
          Low row wide neutral grip/leg extension/incline leg raise
          Bodyweight pullups/sled leg press

            26th was shoulder
            27th and 28th at the ranch but played over 60-70 games of pickle ball which was no joke…

            Just freaking did a full murph in 43mins and 48secs. Words cannot describe how freaking pumped I am because this was a 366 day goal of mine and I annihilated it even with a bummed right arm.

                Did chest and triceps yesterday after missing a week. I am paying the price this morning but it was good to be back in the gym. I am going to try to get shoulders and back done today.

                  I’m so sore from Monday still… Tomorrow might have to be another cardio day

                    Might attempt legs or back and bi's today if I have time. New hire coming on board and a handful of meetings scattered across Houston.

                                Borderline felt sick all day along with sore legs and feet led me to choose to do a rest day. Yesterdays session was 2+ hours and over 1600 cals so it makes sense about feeling rough.

                                Also may have pushed my ice bath too much this morning which didn’t help.

                                Back on track maƱana with Shoulders.
