Default looking for a good and e-z "Cold Blue" product and how to?

I used the EZ blue you can get at academy or cabelas.

Take your time. Lots of decreaser. I put 10 coats on a white barrel as a muzzle loader project. After coat 5, you really start to get excited about what you are achieving. Then finish with lots of oil

Brownells oxpho blue is the only way to go in cold bluing. I've done 2 1100's and they both came out great.

Yes sir! Prep is the hardest part. If you do that correctly the the oxfo blue makes it easy. Glad it turned out great for you.
