I use it on anything you would use steak, fajita, bbq rub, or Cajun seasoning on.

We always have a dozen or so bottles here at Condo and farm. It's also always in supply at my daughters in Phoenix.
Everyone likes it for difference reasons.....I personally like it best on fish due to low salt content as compared to other blends. Saying this, my wife and folks put it on everything.
