Need water pump brand suggestions

Need a water pump to get water out of a shallow well to water yard and horse/goats

Don't need Rolls Royce but don't want Yugo either

I already googled it but the choices are overwhelming

I’ve been using the harbor freight 2” this summer. It’s been a good pump so far.

The only hitch is buying their hose if you’re planning on connecting multiple 100’ hoses. The female side has a 2” collar and the male side has 1.5” threads. Super frustrating when you didn’t know that and you’re way out at the property trying to run 450’ of house from one pond to another.

If you’re just looking for a submersible electric pump it’s hard to beat

Get a female NPT x Male cam lock fitting and run cam lock hoses.

Last time I checked top of water was about 16' down and bottom of well was 80+'
