Fraud in a fishing Tournament - Decker Lake Austin TX

This is my go to lake. 10 miles east of downtown, It was impounded in 1967. TPWD has stocked millions of florida largemouth, guadalupe, catfish and stripes. Excellent fishing for bass and catfish.
Some people will do anything to win. Surely, Y'all have some stories of your own about 'poor sport' cheaters. What have you seen or heard of cheaters that will do anything to win?

A guy got busted in matagorda for cheating in STAR tournament for catching a tagged redfish and giving it to his brother or son who was registered for the STAR winning a boat , all were charged with fraud after bragging then failure of a polygraph

Lead weights stuffed into the belly.
Cutting the tail to shorten length on slot lakes.
Catching fish days before the tournament begins and keeping them alive to weigh in on tournament day.
Using live bait to catch fish during tournaments designated as artificial only.
Telephoning.
Snagging.
The list goes on & on.

It seems allot of people in the kayak circuit know this guy. It sounds like there will be charges across multiple counties.
