Special white wing days

    I have no clue why the white wing days are only for the afternoons. Tpwd shortens the south zone season by four days to accommodate these 4 special days and they are for the afternoon only. I hope one day they will change them to all day

      That was done long ago because of the RGV & the flood of GW's that come to the area...trust me, it's a big party Fri & Sat nite so they need their beauty sleep.

      We were not blessed with their usual increased presence this year due to covid.

                  We did okay...averaged 11 birds per person amongst a few guys who don't shoot much.. 80 birds in our group
