ClearChoice specializes on implants with Dental Specialists. Based on the number they complete annually, they have seen and done it all. Other option is to go to a specialist - Periodontist, Oral Surgeon

Suggest you price shop them all as it is a major expense item and they can all perform them successfully

Need three implants myself. I think they run at least $3,000.00 per implant at least.

If your near the Dallas area you can go the Baylor school of dentistry. My GF is using them and itís about 1/2 price but slower.

Clear Choice in SA with Dr. Menares (surely I spelled that wrong) is good to go. None of it is affordable though.

I feel I owe a shout out to Dr Farr at Clear Choice Austin. I have 4 implants done there, and the entire staff goes above and beyond what I consider normal customer service. Go on in there and get you some of them fancy teefs.

My dad has had 8 or so done so far by of his liver transplant meds. The process doesn’t strike me as one I would want to go through at a chain place.

Would be worth looking into

Both of my kids had their braces through Baylor School of Dentistry and it saved me quite a bit

Had one implant installed a few years ago. Just used my regular dentist and it turned out great for about half the price one of the previously mentioned chain facilities.

Do yourself a favor and donít go to a chain. I promise you will thank me later. Iím a dentist who has placed and restored tons of implants from single implants to entire mouths. You will get what you pay for. There are lots of great dentists and specialists out there that are looking out for your best interest and can give you a truthful assessment and best treatment recommendations. Feel free to PM me where youíre located and I can most likely get you hooked up with someone.

I agree with the above post. Don't go to a dental chain. You are nothing but a commodity to be milked in those places. You'll pay more in the long run, because they have to pay for advertising and the multilevel ownership. I'm a periodontist who has to fix a lot of what goes on at those places. Rarely can I communicate with the guy who placed the implants to begin with, because he's moved on to another clinic. I saw a patient last year whom I had just treated for periodontitis, but who had switched from her regular dentist to one of the chains. She got a $17,000 treatment plan from them, including treating the periodontitis that had already been treated and was doing great. I'm telling you, more often than not, they will screw you.

See it all the time as well man. Actually have a patient coming in this afternoon from a chain. She spend $12k and this is where she is at...now itís gonna cost her $20k to fix the mess. Really a shame to the profession.

Lol no no no. Usually people that require extraction of all their teeth and implants, you arenít replacing each individual tooth with an implant. I can typically put all of the upper teeth on 6-8 implants and same for bottom. So youíre ending up with 12-16 total. And big cases typically a ďcase feeĒ. There are tons of variables depending on if we have to do extensive bone grafting, sinus lifts, soft tissue grafting, etc. The fees are also different depending on location. Bigger cities are typically more costly than smaller cities.

There are 3 things you pay for when getting an implant. The implant itself, the abutment that goes into the implant, and the crown that goes on the abutment. Depending on your location the price and vary drastically for an individual implant, abutment, and crown.
