Default Anyone else doing a midday sit?

Crawled up in the tripod about an hour ago- gonna stay till 2:00 or so. Itís a spot we call The Corner. Deep drop off to a creek just to my right, trails through the hardwoods in front and behind on the edge of a field. Beautiful weather perfect wind. Only one thing missing...

My mid day sit consisted of reading the paper on the throne!

Any luck?

Good luck! I did one yesterday. Didn't see anything. Went out this morning from 8 to 11 and saw 3 deer. More than I saw all day yesterday.

Uneventful so far. Heard footsteps in the leaves a few times but turned out to be small woodland creatures of various kinds. Gonna give it a while longer. According to the camera pigs have come through here between 2-2:30 last few days

Just had a decent 10pt about 100 yds out. Jumped fence and headed away.

I hunted trails this morning and mid day so I decided to sit a feeder this evening. Just had 4 does stroll by and they didn’t even look at the corn much less jump in the pen. Probably too full of acorns to be interested
