Anybody own self storage units??

I just went under contract on a small self storage business. I have 15 days for feasibility. Was hoping to ask a few questions to someone who owns or manages this type of investment. thanks

Made an offer on two different units last week. Neither took - people

I know 2 people that have them and both say they wouldn't do it again. They both said RV and travel trailer storage is the way to go.
