Hit some serious snow in Madisonville. We stuck around too long and snow started piling up on the road. That stretch of 90 in between Madisonville and Bedias was down right dicey...white knuckle stuff. I crawled along at 12 mph and the road finally got better when I hit Shiro.

Angelina County got more snow than I can remember, ever, and I grew up here (been here since 1986). Crazy how much we got. 4” that accumulated, but it snowed more than that before it started piling up. Fun times, kids got to sled and build a snowman.

I hear ya Johnny. We went to Normangee for the day and left at 5 pm and had 6” on the ground. Got home at 9pm. Took three hours to get fro. Normangee to Hempstead.
