Can you shoot bobcats and coyotes on Corps of Engineer land if you have a hunting permit?

We did not trap varmints off of Corps land near Wright Patman because that would have been against the law.

Actually we talked a lot with the Corps folks, and it's against the precedent, as the actual law was fuzzy.
