Using his eyes, roughly 5 inches center to center( average) , he’s over 13, closer to 15 in my calculation using the picture. Even at 4” ctc , he’s a little over 13”.

Looks to me like the ears are pulled back a little, if he is 13, he is barely there. Not worth the risk honestly. Good looking deer though.
