    6.5 grendel handloads

Picked up a cz in 6.5 grendel. Anyone have any good handload data they have used? Planning on my son using it this year. Thanks!

Hornady 123 gr. SST with Lapua brass, Winchester primers and CFE223 is a pretty good combination.

I had a similar recipe using 100 grain Barnes TTSX that was a hammmer. But the BC sucks on 100 grain bullets.

I’ve had my 527 for a little over a year and love it. But I’m in the same boat I’ve got enough brass saved up and the Barnes 120 TSXs on the bench juts haven’t worked up a load yet. I will say that I know 2 other guys with same rifle and all 3 eat Hornady 123 grain SST awesome. Getting about .6-.8 minutes out of all of them.

I run 123 gr. SST on top of 28 grains of IMR 8208XBR. I have tried lots of different bullets and powders, but this is the magic hunting load (accuracy and speed) for both of my Grendels.
