Default Kaepernick named NIKE spokesman?

Reading all over the internet that NIkE has named Collin Kaepernick as a spokesman for their “Just Do It, even if it costs you everything” campaign. As if I didn’t need a new reason besides “not being comfortable” to buy their product anymore.

If this is how they feel, regarding the disrespect these protests show, I hope they rot in corporate HELL.

I feel like I've heard and read the name Kaepernick an unnecessary amount of times this year.

If it weren't for him being such an *** head I wouldn't even know who he was.

Yet there are many who will buy their crap and watch their games because it does not matter to them . Well it does offend me . I feel it is a slap in the face of every person who has fought for this country and / or died doing so . This is , even with its faults , the greatest country in the world and I just feel it is wrong to do . This is just my opinion and I`m sure I would never buy their crap anyway just like I don`t watch their games anymore . And THAT`S my right to do so .

If a person has a pair of new Nikes does this mean he needs to burn them ? Asking for a friend.

I believe scandal purchases are retroactively banished for a period of 6 months from purchase date, but you will have to Google it to be sure.

That’s funny. And ironic....cause Kaps issue is supposedly based on “social injustice”

But someone enlighten me, what did Under Armor do to warrant a boycott?

Obviously this is getting them in the news, but I don't see how it can be beneficial. If they did nothing they would have the same amount of sales. By using a traitor for their product they will definitely loose some sales. I can't see them gaining as much as they loose by antifa and democraps.

I can see both sides to the original debate, but the caption definitely feels like a slap in the face to those who were upset with him to begin with. Nike would’ve been better served to not get involved in this one. There are too many other quality brands of athletic gear for people to go to. This won’t sink them, but it’s gonna hurt a lot.

This is pretty clear..

If you still buy Nike then you are part of the problem.

If you do not boycott Nike then you either believe BLM and don't care what/how they disrespect the Country....Or you would never boycott anything because you just don't care about anything.

"Ex-CIA Director John Brennan and former Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad joined a strangely diverse chorus of support for activist Colin Kaepernick after Nike made the unemployed quarterback the face of a new ad campaign.

Nike announced on Monday that Kaepernick would be the new face of the company’s “Just Do It” campaign, which is celebrating its 30th anniversary."

I wish that were true. Unfortunately there are too many people that do not care about this and will buy their products regardless. I am sure Nike will still be supported widely by the mindless customer that like their products regardless of where Nike stands on this issue and who they choose as their spokesperson. Sad really sad!

The problem is Nike sells to a lot of High School and College sports programs. Your schools may be supporting them and your kids wearing their products on Friday night. So you may be supporting them even without buying their products.
