Best part is the brisket was free! Friend bought it and they were leaving for vacation, so he gave it to me.

It's coming right along. Pulled it to wrap at 170. Had a driver in the office Friday tell me to put Bell pepper n onion in with it when I wrapped it. Gonna see how it is. Got alarm set for 6am to check it. Looking for 205ish.

I'll post pics when it get light outside. Pulled it at 6:05. It was reading 207. Raining now. I pulled foil back and let it set while I cut up onion, Bell peppers, and zucchini. Then covered it up when I put veggies in oven. Will cut when we get home from church and post pics.
