Some ground dried mustard
Worcestershire
Tobasco (or preferred hot sauce)
Onion salt
Garlic salt
Cayenne
Lemon juice
Put crab meat in a mixing bowl and break it up a bit. Wisk everything EXCEPT for breadcrumbs and parsley in a smaller bowl.pour it over the crab meat and mix in gently. Sprinkle bread crumbs and parsley over mixture and mix gently. Cover and refrigerate for an hour.
Take it out, form into patties (I made 5 about an inch thick). Heat 2 tablespoons of butter and a tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet on medium heat. Place all the cakes in the skillet and cook until golden brown in first side (4-5 minutes) then flip, turn down heat a little and cook another 4-5 minutes.

Pasta or your choice (I used medium shells)
Cook pasta to instructions on box.
While that’s cooking heat a deep pan/skillet on medium. Melt 4 tablespoons butter, add a little flour to make a roux, then add 3 cups milk, stir up then add 3 cups of whatever cheese you want (I used 1 cup sharp cheddar, 1 cup Gouda, 1 cup habanero jack). Stir in cheese constantly until completely melted and smooth.
When the shells are done poor them into a baking dish, pour the cheese sauce over and mix well. Dump some more shredded cheese over the top, then sprinkle 1/4-1/2 cup bread crumbs on top. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
Slice ya up some bacon into small pieces and cook how you like it. Chop up some parsley. When you take the Mac n cheese out of the oven, top with bacon and parsley. Done
