I just spoke with his wife and he was in the hospital this last week with 102.5 fever after having a colonoscopy. They found a pre cancerous polyp. Also while in the hospital they found a spot on his lung. He is waiting on a call from the lung doctor so he can get a biopsy.
Rene is great man, friend, husband, dad and a God fearing man. Please keep him in your prayers.
