Prayers for my mom
My poor mom - my dad died on January 31 and her last surviving immediate family member died suddenly of a heart attack last night.
She and her 78 year old bother were reconnecting after years of being estranged and I finally met him at dad's service. Actually, I last saw him when I was a youngster but I don't remember him. I was really looking forward to getting to know him.
But now Mom, just starting to move forward from Dad's passing, has lost her brother. I'm sure she feels very alone, even though we are here. So, please keep her in your thoughts and prayers for better days.
