    Your killing it. Awesome.

    "It'll slow down a little bit, but I feel encouraged and know I can hit my goal in time."

    One of my old roommates was a trainer for years.
    When his clients were approaching their weight loss goal, he would ask them this race is almost over, what's going to be your next race/goal? Motivation to keep them going living a healthier lifestyle.

    It could something as simple as running a 5/10K, Ride 20-50 miles on a bike, swim a mile, get to X amount of body fat.

    The ones that took him up on the next challenge always managed to keep the weight off & lose more, those that didn't usually disappeared from the gym only to come back months later in bad shape again.

    Keep it up!

                                Congratulations, that is inspiring! I have gained around 50 pounds since I got married 10 years ago. I have struggled to stick with the diet but this is encouraging! Keep it up!
