Absolutely amazing. Inspired me to hit my workouts harder again and put this hunt back on my bucket list. I am 0-2 on elk hunts but this reinforces the fact I didn't work hard enough. Congrats again on a great bull and hunt

Why did you cap the skull and not leave it intact with antlers?

Because I'm getting a shoulder mount. Saved me a ton dead weight I didn't have to pack out. If I would have packed the entire skull it would have been 4 trips and not 3.
