City Bank. Texas Owned, Texas Based. Out of Lubbock originally then slowly spread from cotton country across the state. Gone from base business of making farm loans 80 years ago, to what we are now. Keep that small town service and good things happen.

No idea what the particulars are on a loan they are quoting at that rate. It was humorous to hear a Rocket Mortgage radio ad today screaming that 30 rates are at 3.99%. Be they wish they could update the ad time they paid for.
