I think think the deer breeding industry outdid itself and supply is starting to exceed demanded. You could definitely shoot a 160-170” deer for $5k, likely bigger if you shop around a bit. That’s pretty pitiful sounding “ shop around “ for a deer hunt. Not for me but plenty of people go for them.
