88 Chevy 1ton 4x4 dually

A buddy has a Chevy 88 double cab 4x4 dually. No rust , interior is great except it needs the seats recovered. Has been repainted sometime in the past. 454 automatic, 130,000 miles, new tires and all stock from what I can tell. Anyone have an idea what it might be worth? Thinking about trading him my Tacoma and some $$ if I can talk him into it.
