If you plan to run the Aransas/Rockport area be careful. There are a lot of no motor zones now. Not to mention when you get in shallow water you run the risk of sucking grass up in the impeller. Use to be a big problem fishing the Laguna. Offshore is a blast on a ski. But I am too old for that crap now days. Have fun.
