Mechanic Help Needed?

So im trying to find an a/c line for my wifes 2013 explorer. The belt broke and cut the ac line. I have found the part online that looks identical and it has the can(dryer) on the end. All of the local parts houses have a hose that says it fits but they do not have the dryer? I am wondering if maybe these are a newer design and have an orifice built in or something? What am I missing here? Here are the parts. All 3 are for the exact ac line for her car snd one even says motorcraft but no can on it.

Found out the new ones do not have that manifold on them per ford👍👍

That’s not a dryer, it’s a muffler. Not important.

That's a muffler, there must be a know noise that occurs when the A/C is on, so someone added a muffler to fix the problem.
