Pretty common actually. I've killed a couple and seen a couple more... Called "parrot nose". Most don't make it more than a year or 2 since their teeth usually do not match enough to allow them to "chew their cudd", but that one looks like its teeth matched up pretty well. I killed a cull buck once that was jacked up pretty bad and his first pre-molar and last molar (sixth tooth) where the only 2 that actually touched on one side... other side wasn't much better...

We had a ugly doe just like that several years ago. No one would shoot her because she was smaller. She became pretty tame.
