How much wind?

It all depends on where your lease is. I hunted south of Colorado city and the wind blew all the time so it didn’t seem to bother them. Even in 20+ winds it didn’t bother them.

10-15 mph wind is perfect wind

I love the wind vs the dead calm. Killed one of my best deer this past Friday in the 15 mph winds. Prob 15 deer within 25 yards and not 1 even looked when I drew my bow.

I've had deer move around me on the tail end of a tropical storm in NF. Probably gusts of 30-35. Needless to say I climbed the thickest oak tree possible with my summit climber!

Remember, when it's strong wind, deer will move in places sheltered from the wind. Draws, side of hills, creek bottoms. I always hunt those stands during windy days and tend to see plenty.
