Flash, that's a gift, not everyone can do it. My grandfather could but I can't. It just doesn't work for my. I've tried to find water lines, cable, gold. I can't even get it to find the ground!

When we were hired to find fault lines in Houston we used electrical resistivty along with deep soil Borings. Usually the faults we found the soils had 60 degree slacken sided planes in the soil samples.
I know this muddies the waters.
