I’ve never thought to repurpose this into a stand

I helped a buddy from work convert one.

He scored big, and got a handicap model one. It was actually quite nice once it was all done. We cut in some windows, gave it paint.

The folks he got it from had already removed the tank. We put a roof vent where the stack went through the roof.

I have seen them made for the porta can that is for wheel chaired individuals. I was told you can buy cracked ones for a song. I think it would be better than a pop up.

Reminds me of some of the views at Philmont when we took the troop in 2010. Yes, there were some like that, over looking the scenery. Made for an interesting morning sit.

Take a dump and shoot a deer at the same time! Absolutely hate a 4x4 blind. No room to turn around and always hitting a side with an elbow or the gun. I have been spoiled by my Tank end blinds, 6’ Mavericks and Krivoman’s!

I know it used to be a thing for guys to steal them and then make deer blinds out of them. Probably not the best thing to use, if you want your blind free of human sent, other than that, I guess it should work.

The handicap version would be equivalent to like a 5x5 or maybe bigger, that’ll be the best option to go.
